Only one entrant by person will be eligible. There is no charge for website entries. The Web Editor does not accept responsibility for any incorrectly addressed entries. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties.

If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from a parent/guardian before entering and should you win a prize containing travel a parent/guardian will be required to accompany you.

Please refer to individual competitions for closing dates. Results will be announced the following week and the Web Editor will endeavour to deliver the prize to the winner(s) within twenty eight (28) days from the date of the draw, unless otherwise specified.

The prize-winner(s) will be drawn randomly, and contacted by the Web Editor by the email address provided when entering the competition. The winner will have a maximum of 7 days in which to claim his or her prize. Failure to respond within the fixed time period as specified and/or provide an address for delivery of the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize. If for any reason successful contact is not made, or they do not respond within the time specified, or if for any reason the call is interrupted in any way which is beyond the control of the Web Editor then the Web Editor reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

There will be no cash alternatives.

The Web Editor does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.

This competition is not open to employees or contractors of (promoter and partner) or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.

The Web Editor's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Web Editor reserves the right in the event of circumstances arising outside of their control which in their opinion makes it necessary to cancel the competition at any stage.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

It is assumed that by entering competitions, which, if won, could result in time off work, the entrant’s employer is in agreement to time off. When dates are specified they cannot be altered.

The Winner(s) hereby agree to take part in any reasonable publicity requested by Treasure Island Toys Ltd in connection with the Competition.

The prizes are non-transferable and there are no alternatives. Treasure Island Toys Ltd may substitute a prize for an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.

A hard copy set of these terms and conditions or the name of the winner can be obtained by writing to Treasure Island Toys Ltd at 3 Morley Street, Brighton, BN2 9RA, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.
