What to do with the kids in Sussex
One of the many things we're developing at Treasure Island Toys is an entertainers index which will be up and running in the very near future. You'll be able to find entertainers as well as places to go, caterers for that fantastic party and lots more all searchable by postcode/area.

One of the revelations for me this year has been the much undersold Paradise Park in Newhaven. For £50 a year you can get a family ticket which allows 6 of you in at any one time (provided the card holders are present) which is great value compared with most days out in Sussex.
It's been around for ever I think, people older than me (and I'm knocking on 40) tell me they went there as children, and some of the attractions could definately do with replacing. Having said that though, there is constant renovation and the is a new and fairly expensive looking playground for the older kids (big, steep slides and climbing frames).
Other attractions include; soft play area, extensive gardens inside and out, lots of picnic areas, play ground for younger kids (under 6) which could do with sprucing up, miniature village (with local landmarks), historical trail (dinosaurs, planet earth and lots more), arcade for kids, miniature railway (£1/ride).
All in all I would thoroughly recommend Paradise Park even if it's just because you can take friends in without charge under your membership.
The garden centre is pretty good value too.
