Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the delivery date provided a
PRC (Product Return Code) is obtained from Treasure Island. Products
returned without a PRC cannot be accepted.
Faulty items will usually be replaced or fixed by the supplier. Please check
your original product packaging for details
before requesting a PRC from
Treasure Island. Returns which aren't faulty must be returned unused and in
the
original, undamaged packaging.
Refunds, less any postage, will be made at Treasure Island's discretion.
Gift vouchers will be offered where a refund
cannot be given.
